Does IT help Scammers?

scammers have been around forever, wherever you go there is always somebody looking to get what you have have for free and without you realizing they took it. So in the age of the internet are scammeres scams more effective? because there are more scammers now more than ever.Whenever you are buying something online there is always a threat that a scammer might take you credit card information, even after you have safely bought something there's still a threat that a hacker might leak improperly stored details from the company. Using the internet scammers can advertise their scams so people click on their links and get sucked into a phishing scam and because of the anonymity of the internet means that the perpetrator may never get caught but really the problem isn't that there is a lot of scammers, the problem is that people aren't properly educated on internet safety and just generally some online common-sense.
